Well, it’s about that time for another number crunching session. I know I haven’t been posting as much as I’d have liked, however work has kept me pretty busy. I’ll try to do better in the future. So without further ado…
Total debt: $17893.03
Total paid in the $5000 Debt Payoff Contest: $702.30, $3173.35 in total. (I’m getting close! Although unless I win the lottery, I don’t think I’ll be making my goal by the end of the year. But I will have made a very good attempt, don’t you think?
Total savings this month: $300
Emergency Fund total: $1292.27
So I’m continuing to make progress. November’s “extra” paycheque definitely helped lower some interest costs, although it played havoc with my discretionary spending. But I was able to complete my Christmas shopping early, and found some specials too, so I wasn’t out of line with that (not that I usually am anyways, but since I’m trying to be frugal this year, it’s important.)
